Good till the second trail ride!!!

You go on the trail and collect the horseshoes and leave. After I got back on the trail again. I collected a horseshoe and it started to glitch. So now I dont even play it any more or else this happen and I cant do any thing else because I have everything completed. So please fix this problem, I love the game but the glitching needs to stop!!!!
